Embedding diversity and inclusion into a culture by employing of more than 64% of women employees in our workforce.

Affordable & clean energy
Constantly increasing share of green energy in our energy consumption portfolio. Around 25% of our energy comes from renewable sources.

Ensuring no unfair labour practice is followed in the value chain, we have audited our 26 suppliers on our Supplier Code of Conduct. We have strict policies for harresment and discrimination and we have taken various initiatives to promote good health, safety and wellbeing for our employees.

Responsible consumption & production
Endorsing the concept of ‘Reduce-Reuse-Recycle’ by redirecting our wastes to recycling or donation to Charities.

Climate action
Reducing our ecological footprint through various initiatives like usage of virtual server to save hardware resources, reusable booth set-ups for global events, QR codes to inform on our services to enhance a paperless environment, funding for afforestation activities.
Our goal is to build a sustainable business for the future and our suppliers hold a key position in helping us to reach this goal. Our New Supplier Code of Conduct lays down guidelines for our suppliers to abide by PharmaLex standards on Human rights and Environment protection.
